Welcome to Trek for Treasure 2026
Aztec Expedition
Could it be true? In the heart of the Northwest’s untamed forests, sun-warmed gold and riches from Mesoamerica lie hidden amongst the ferns and mosses. The legend tells of six sacred Aztec artifacts concealed far to the north across deserts, rivers, and mountains to protect them from the greedy Emperor Montezuma. These treasures were so magnificent and mysterious that their very existence became the stuff of myths and dreams.
The Six Sacred Artifacts of the Sun
Long ago, before the world was shaped as it is now, the Aztec god Quetzalcóatl commissioned the creation of six sacred objects, each infused with an element of nature: fire, wind, water, earth, sun, moon. When united, these treasures were said to awaken the Heart of the Sun, a mysterious force capable of restoring life or unleashing destruction. To protect them from evil intentions, ancient guardians hid the objects in sacred places far across the land and sealed each one with a puzzle only the worthy could solve.

Centuries drifted by, and the legend dissolved into little more than whispers carried on by the wind. Most believed it was only a myth, until a recent discovery shattered the silence of history. Deep beneath layers of carved stone in the heart of Mexico, archaeologist Mark Pearson unearthed ancient markings that spoke of six sacred objects, each forged by the Aztec deity Quetzalcóatl and hidden in lands far to the Northwest.
The Quest for Treasure
Now, Mark is calling upon a new generation of explorers to help uncover what time has buried. The six sacred artifacts, said to hold the power of the sun itself can only be found by those brave enough to face the trials ahead. These expeditions are not for the faint of heart. To claim what is lost, you must journey deep into the wilds of the Pacific Northwest, unravel cryptic Aztec riddles, and prove your worth through courage, teamwork, and wit.
